Most of our items are available personalized.
Custom made orders to fit your needs. You can choose from a variety of
personalized verses or sayings to add to many of our personalized items or use
something of your own.
Personalizing your order is simple. Blanks are available to enter the name(s)
and date of your occasion and a verse blank. You can choose from our selection
of verses by typing the verse in the blank or enter the number next to verse you
wish to select. You may also type in your own verse to be included on items.
Note: The sample verses displayed on items are for website display purposes
only and are not standard. We personalize orders according to the
information you enter in the blanks. You must enter the personalization and your verse choice to be
personalized on your items in the appropriate blanks. We personalize
order exactly as the information you enter. If you wish to
use a sample verse, please enter it in the blank or enter "sample verse".
We are not responsible for mistakes or errors on your part. Due
the limited amount of space for most items, please keep verses as short as
possible. Once a personalized order has been placed, cancellations are not
allowed.
You should receive an email
confirmation from Paypal with the details of your order. Allow at least 24
hours for receipt. Please inspect to make sure all information is correct
that you have entered, especially personalized items
and notify us within 24 hours if your order is incorrect. If we are not informed
of an error until after shipment, no corrections can be made. It is your
responsibility to provide us with accurate information.
If there is a problem with the personalization of an item you received, please
contact us immediately and include the details of the problem to
