Shipping Information
Please allow at least two to three days (Monday-Saturday) to process and
ship your order. Delivery is an additional 3-4 days.
If you are in a rush we offer other levels of services to get your order to you

Payment Options
Major Credit cards and Electronic Checks are accepted through our site
with PayPal. Money orders, checks, and credit cards are also accepted through mail order if you
are uncomfortable placing your order online. To mail in your payment to us
please print our mail order form. If
you have trouble printing our web site order form, you may download our order
form in a Microsoft Word document, print, and fill in your order info.

mail one to your home free of charge, just drop us an email.
How To Order
Ordering is quick and easy. Simply choose the items you wish
to order and click the "add to cart" button next to or below each item. When
finished shopping, click the "view cart" button on the left side of your screen
to finalize your order. Verify your order details on the next screen. Then
simply follow the instructions on your screen to complete your transaction.

Personalized Items
Most of our items are available personalized. Custom made

Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed, you should receive an email
confirmation from Paypal with the details of your order. Allow at least 24
hours for receipt. Please inspect to make sure all information is correct
that you have entered, especially personalized items
and notify us within 24 hours if your order is incorrect. If we are not informed
of an error until after shipment, no corrections can be made. It is your
responsibility to provide us with accurate information.
Order Cancellations
Please be sure of your order before it is placed. Once an
order is confirmed, cancellations are typically not allowed as most of our items
are personalized and cannot be re-used. If for some unforeseen reason an order
must be cancelled please note there will be a $5.00 cancellation fee.
Return Policy
Returns must be approved prior to our receipt of the returned goods.

Sorry, we do not offer a catalog or special discounts
because we are a wholesale product provider and wish to keep
our prices as low as possible for our valued customers.
Problems
Please let us know immediately if you have a problem with your order
upon receipt of your package or are not satisfied with your purchase. Problems with orders must be reported
within 3 days of receipt of package, otherwise refunds or

If you are an AOL
customer and have not received a
response within 48 hours to your inquiry, please try an alternate email
non-AOL address. Our system has experienced problems with AOL email addresses
which may cause a delay in your order if we cannot reach you in a timely
fashion should we have questions.
