Returns or exchanges must be approved prior to our receipt of the
returned goods. Please email us with the details for the request of a return or
exchange. Personalized items are non-returnable and
non-refundable as they were custom made specifically for your order. If
there is a problem with the personalization of an item, please contact us
immediately and include the details of the problem at
orders@kathylaura.com.
Problems should be reported within 48 hours of receipt of order.
If your order is approved and allowed for return or exchange,
items must be received back to us within
7 days for refunds or exchanges, otherwise no refund or exchange requests can be
fulfilled after that time period.
Note: Undeliverable addresses or packages refused at the time of delivery will result in a $20.00 fee if
returned back to us.
