Shipping Help Center
Shipping Information
Allow 12 to 15 business days (Monday-Friday) to process
your order. Please give us proper time to personalize your order correctly, so
that can make the order special, just for you!
Please verify your shipping address before submitting your order. Undeliverable
addresses or packages refused at the time of delivery will result in a $20.00 fee if
returned back to us. We are not
responsible for spelling errors or if you provide insufficient delivery
information. If you are not home during the day, we suggest that you ship to a
work address. Please contact us for shipping costs if you live outside United
States as International shipping fees are not correctly reflected in the
shopping cart upon checkout. If you have any additional questions about our

Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive a delivery confirmation
number by email for your package. This number cannot be generated until your
order is boxed and ready for shipping, so please be patient until you receive
the confirmation. If you are worried about the arrival of your package, email us
for an order update.
Standard Shipping
Most orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail or UPS.
Overnight Rush Processing
Shipped via USPS Express Mail. Express mail available only Monday-Friday. Please
contact us if you are interested in having an order shipped Express. Regular
shipping fees will still apply to your order.

International Shipping
Please allow at least 4-6 weeks for international orders. Please verify with us
that we are able to ship to your country prior to submitting your order. You
will also need to contact us for proper shipping costs if you live outside
United States as International shipping fees are not correctly reflected in the
shopping cart upon checkout.
Note: International shipping fees are not correctly applied
in the shopping cart. Additional shipping will be required for
international orders. Please contact us for shipping charges to your
country. International orders will not be fulfilled until correct
shipping charges are paid.
Overnight Shipping
$35.00 and up depending on the weight of package. Overnight shipments
require a signature at the time of delivery.
Every effort is made to get your
order to you ahead of time.
Delivery confirmation is provided so that we know the date and time you received the
order.
Allow for proper assembly time, packaging, and mailing.
NOTE: We are NOT
responsible for delivery delays by the postal service, UPS, holiday delays, uninsured items, or items
that do not arrive on time
once they are mailed.
Also,
